VS3000 Dust Extractor

A popular and versatile solution for dust control the VS3000 can be equipped with a range of filters to capture coarse through to very fine dust.  This fan has a high suction capacity which makes it effective even as filters progressively block with dust, and in applications which involve long ducting runs.

• Airflow up to 5100m3/hr or 3000cfm
• Extracts non-flammable air, fumes and airborne dusts.
• Ducted airflow to 40 metres (longer distances possible)
• Compatible with 300mm dia. ducting

This fan will sustain airflow over ducting distances up to 40 metres - when greater distances are required a series of fans can be used at intervals to maintain airflow. Standard flexible ducting for this machine is 300mm dia., is easy to couple together and ducting can be suspended using the integral suspension loops.

This fan can be coupled with a variety of filtration options:

• For coarse/medium nuisance dusts - attachment of a fabric filter sock to the discharge of the fan; once full the "sock" can be emptied and re-attached for further use.
• For medium/fine dusts - F6/F7 graded pocket filters in-line or within a capture hood; easy filter-change and a compact solution for capture of medium to fine dusts.
• For very fine dusts - H13/H14 graded HEPA filters - in-line; high efficiency capture of very fine dusts.

The solid wheels allow the VS 3000 to be moved by a single person and it's narrow enough to pass through most doors - so it's a convenient product for use in buildings.  It operates on 110v and is a robust, versatile solution for dust, fume and ventilation problems.
